Thank you for shopping with Memeshi! We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In the original packaging with tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, or damage


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or promotional items


3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email memeshishop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and the return address (our U.S. supplier is located in California).

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once fulfillment begins, cancellations are not possible.
